Overview

Paul Evans is a REALTOR® with Royal LePage Dynamic Real Estate. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the REALTOR® Code of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).

Information We Collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data every website receives.

• Contact forms: your name, email, phone number (optional), what you're interested in and your message.
• Technical data: your browser type, device, pages viewed and IP address, which our hosting provider logs to keep the site secure and running.
• Listing views: when you view an MLS® listing, an anonymous device identifier stored in your browser is sent to CREA so listing brokerages can see how often their listings are viewed. It does not include your name or contact details.

How We Use It

• To reply to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you ask for.
• To send market updates or new listings, only if you've asked to receive them.
• To keep the website secure and understand which pages are useful.
• To meet legal, regulatory and brokerage record-keeping requirements.

Consent

By submitting a form you consent to be contacted by phone, text or email about your inquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any message or by contacting us using the details below. We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) for all electronic messages.

Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to serve you:

• With Royal LePage Dynamic Real Estate, as required for brokerage supervision and records.
• With service providers who host this website and deliver email on our behalf, under agreements that limit their use of your information.
• With other parties to a transaction (such as lawyers, lenders or inspectors) only with your direction.
• Where required by law.

Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not use advertising cookies. It stores a random identifier in your browser for the anonymous listing-view reporting described above. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally.

Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and brokerage policy, then securely delete it. We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect it.

Your Rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we're not required to keep it. If you have concerns we can't resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
